It starts with a conversation ....
At this time, we discuss the purpose of the sale, assess your needs and together decide if an estate sale or online auction is the best plan of action for you and if Estate Solutions is the best choice.
We encourage our clients not to clean out or donate any items before speaking with us. Please let us see all items first. Otherwise, you may end up discarding just what we know buyers may want. We try to sell everything, including automobiles, linens, clothing, magazines, matchbooks, postcards, old manuals from cars, old appliance manuals, etc.
During our consultation we review our detailed process with you step by step, discuss the terms of the agreement and scheduling.
There are no set-up fees, hidden charges nor a minimum fee for our services.
Our goal is to make the estate sales and liquidation process as easy and profitable for you as possible.
Once the contract terms have been agreed upon, a target sales date is determined and all items not for sale are removed from the premises. We do all the rest!
We handle all advertising on major estate sale networking sites, social media, Facebook, Instagram and send announcements to our email subscribers. Estate sale signs are placed strategically as permitted in the area of the sale.
We provide all of the display tables, cases, pricing, organization, staging and staff.
Thorough preparation, realistic pricing, attractive staging, effective marketing and a welcoming staff are keys to maximizing your profits.
Conclusion of the Sale
After the completion of the sale, we offer clean-out services upon your request, whereby everything will be removed from the premises and broom swept. Items not sold are removed and donated to the agreed upon non-profit organization as indicated in the contract. Our records regarding the proceeds of the sale will be open to you at all times during, and for three months after the sale.
Within (15) fifteen business days after the conclusion of the sale, you will receive a check covering the net sale proceeds along with receipts and written summary showing the gross proceeds and itemized fees.
